Cocktail Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf sandwich bread
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped small green onions
    1 or 2 bunches fresh parsley, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cut white bread in a circle using a doughnut cutter or a small glass.
    Mix mayonnaise and onions and spread evenly on circles. Put two circles together to form a sandwich.
    Spread outside edge with mayonnaise and roll edges in the parsley.
    Makes 22 sandwiches.
