Pork Chop And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Blend soup, water, sour cream and parsley. Alternate layer of seasoned potatoes and sauce in 2-quart casserole, top with chops.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
