Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken, remove from bone and cut up.
Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together.
Add to chicken.
Crush Ritz crackers and spread on top.
Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
