Aunt Stella'S Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grits
    2 c. water
    dash of salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 oz. milk
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cook grits in 2 cups water with a dash of salt.
    Into hot grits, melt the margarine and cheese.
    Add salt and milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
    It will puff up like a souffle.
