Three Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen limas
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato style baked beans
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings.
    Cook limas and drain.
    Add to onion.
    Add remaining ingredients, including 1/2 the cheese.
    Heat, then turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
