Citrus And Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 to 3 large navel oranges, peeled and thinly sliced crosswise
    1 grapefruit, peeled and thinly sliced crosswise
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    spinach leaves
Preparation
    In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoned salt and mustard; shake to blend well.
    In shallow dish, layer oranges, grapefruit and onion; pour the dressing over to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
    Remove fruit slices and onion from marinade; reserve marinade.
    Arrange on individual salad plates lined with the spinach leaves.
