Cheddar Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. butter, cut in chunks
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter together; add remaining ingredients. Mix well
    with
    mixer or processor until mixture cleans sides of bowl and
    forms
    a ball.
    Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill;
    cut into squares. Makes about 6 pounds.
