Potato Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 medium onion chopped
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 carton sour cream
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes (thawed)
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery until almost done.
    Mix all ingredients and bake in long baking dish at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
