French Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 Tbsp. cocoa or wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. applesauce
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients in large bowl.
    Heat applesauce in oil to warm and add to dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and raisins, mix thoroughly.
    Pour into tube pan, greased and floured.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
