Topper Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. corn muffin mix or cornbread mix
1 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Cook onion in butter just until tender, but not brown. Prepare the mix according to package directions.
Spread batter on greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over batter; dot onion-butter mixture over all.
Sprinkle with celery seed.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
Serve at once.
