Garlicky Breadsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bulb garlic
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. olive oil
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Wrap garlic in aluminum foil and place in a small baking pan.
    Bake in oven for 70 minutes or until soft. Remove from oven.
    When cool enough to handle, unwrap garlic and cut off about 1/4-inch from top (not stem) of bulb.
    With fingers, squeeze out soft garlic.
    Puree in food processor with 1 tablespoon olive oil until smooth.
