Chicken Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
    8 oz. chili sauce
    1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. yellow raisins (can use more)
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed tightly
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can Bing cherries, pitted
    3/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Place chicken breast halves in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
    In a small bowl, combine chili sauce, onion, raisins, water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over chicken, cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Combine Bing cherries and sherry.
    At the end of 45 minutes, pour mixture over chicken. Cover and continue baking for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
