Zuni Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped stew meat
    4 yellow squash, sliced
    1 lb. fresh green beans or 2 c. cooked pinto beans
    2 ears fresh corn, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 red chili pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat in water until done.
    Add the vegetables and simmer 2 hours.
    Serve with Indian Fry Bread.
