Stuffed Peppers(Best In The West) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes (fresh)
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers.
    Parboil 5 minutes; drain. Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in rice and 3/4 cup Cheez Whiz and tomatoes.
    Fill peppers.
    Place in baking dish.
    Dot with rest of cheese.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
