Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. lemon jello
    3 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. beet juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 3/4 tsp. horseradish
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    16 oz. can diced beets
    3 3/8 tsp. onion juice
Preparation
    If julienne beets are used, chop a bit as they drain.
