Cris' Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 large or 2 small jars Spanish olives (with pimentos)
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    3 or 4 stalks celery, finely diced
    1 small green pepper, finely diced or 1 large can drained and broken apart with fork
    celery seed
    Miracle Whip or mayo
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to instructions.
    After draining off boiling water, put back in pot and let sit in cold water for 5 minutes, drain well.
    Pour the juice from 1 small jar of olives or 1/2 large jar over macaroni and mix.
    Dice olives (about 3 slices each), onion, celery and green pepper.
    Add to macaroni.
    (If using tuna, omit green pepper; add other vegetables and mix, then add tuna and mix.)
    Add celery seed according to your preference; mix well.
    Add 5 to 6 tablespoons of Miracle Whip (more or less to your preference).
    Mix very well.
    Chill approximately 1 hour and serve.
