Potluck Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix together the 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Add thawed potatoes and blend carefully. Pour mixture into buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Mix 1/4 cup melted margarine and corn flakes together and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
