Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water (tap)
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix water and yeast until dissolved.
    Add melted shortening, sugar, salt and beaten eggs.
    Stir in flour (will be very sticky). Pour into a large greased bowl.
    Let rise double in size (2 to 3 hours).
    Pour onto floured board and knead in flour (not too much).
    Roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased pans; let rise for about 1 1/2 hours. Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes until brown.
