Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation

Stir together dry ingredients.
Beat egg and milk together. Add oil.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan in a 450\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
