Catherine'S Favorite Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can peeled tomatoes (2 lb.)
    1 can tomato paste plus 2 cans water
    1 medium diced onion
    2 garlic buds (remove later)
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. marjoram
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lb. chopped beef
    1/3 c. red wine
    1 medium jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown beef and pour off fat.
    Simmer everything 2 hours.
    Add 1/3 cup red wine.
    Add Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms. Simmer 1 hour more.
