Croquette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    egg, mixed with a little water
    flour
    bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
    Mash potatoes and mix with milk.
    Fry ground beef and onion with salt and pepper.
    Mix mashed potatoes with ground beef and make flat oblong shaped patties.
    Roll patties in flour and dip in egg.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until brown.
