Skinny Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 (16 oz.) cans green beans
    1 (28 oz.) can bean sprouts
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    5 pkg. sugar substitute (Sweet 'N Low)
    juice of 1 lemon (or equivalent)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (46 oz.) can beef broth
    3 carrots, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a big pot and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender, 1 hour or more. Add more broth if needed.
