Chocolate Truffle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate and 2 oz. for 1/2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp.
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. hot water
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Melt butter and 16 ounces of chocolate in double boiler.
    Add flour, 1/2 tablespoon sugar and water.
    Whip with a wire whisk. Add egg yolks, one at a time, whipping constantly.
    Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff but not dry.
    Fold whites into chocolate.
    Turn into 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    No longer!
    Cool.
    Whip cream with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Frost cake and decorate with chocolate curls.
