Crunchy Chestnut Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices bread)
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (5 or 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
Preparation

Combine crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt and onion powder. Add ground beef, pork sausage and water chestnuts; mix well. Form meat mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
