Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 bell pepper
1 jar pimientos
5 ribs celery, chopped
2 cans black olives
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Cook vermicelli according to package until tender.
Add lemon juice, salt and Accent.
Add the following to vermicelli mixture: bell pepper, pimientos, celery, olives, onions and mayonnaise. Chill.
I also like this without the mayonnaise.
