Ham Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped ground ham
1 c. fresh soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 large eggs
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Combine the ham and the bread.
Saute the onion and celery in 1 tablespoon margarine until wilted.
Mix sauteed vegetables with the ham and bread crumb mixture.
