Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash (summer)
    onion
    season stuffing mix
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Parboil whole squash, split and remove pulp, leaving a thick shell.
    Chop pulp and onion; saute together in a little margarine or butter.
    Mix in stuffing mix and fill squash shells.
    Put shredded cheese on top.
    Bake in at 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
