Hearty Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 c. flour
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; add beef and brown.
    Add onion and cook until transparent.
    Stir carrots, potatoes, peppers, celery, tomato juice, seasoned salt and pepper together.
    Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender.
    Combine flour and 1 cup of milk; stir into mixture.
    Let boil.
    Add rest of milk and heat, stirring.
    Do not boil.
