Tom'S Deep Fat Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up frying chicken
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
vegetable oil for deep fat frying
Preparation

With mixer, beat eggs, flour, salt, pepper and milk until smooth.
Dip each piece of chicken in batter and roll in bread crumbs.
Lightly brown in deep fat.
Arrange in shallow pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
