Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini, finely chopped
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 chicken bouillon cubes with 4 c. water
1/2 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook on medium heat about 10 minutes until slightly softened.
Add all other ingredients except cheese.
Cover and cook 35 minutes.
Top with cheese and serve with Italian bread.
