White Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet onions, sliced thin
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped sweet onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. real cream
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook sliced onions in broth 20 minutes.
    Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Puree in blender or use potato masher.
    Melt butter in another pan.
    Saute chopped onions until golden.
    Blend in flour.
    Add cream and milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add to puree mixture.
    Bring to boil and season.
