Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 to 2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Bake potatoes, cut lengthwise and remove contents so as not to break shells.
    Mash, season with sugar and butter and add chopped nut meats.
    Refill shells.
    Cover with finely chopped nuts. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
    Reheat in oven for a few minutes.
