Hearty Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak, trimmed and cubed
    1 c. flour
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 stick butter or oleo
    8 c. water
    1 c. celery, diced
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Brown round steak in a little oleo.
    Melt butter or oleo in large pan.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Add the following; round steak, carrots, celery, onion, beef bouillon cubes, Accent, Kitchen Bouquet, frozen vegetables, tomatoes.
    Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
    The longer the better.
