Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 scallion and top, finely chopped
Preparation

Bring chicken broth to a boil in soup pot.
Add salt; stir in mixture of cold water and cornstarch.
Stir a small amount of hot broth into egg.
Stir egg into hot broth.
Cook until clear and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Garnish with scallion.
