Caramel Frosted Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. peeled, cored and diced apples
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together and add to egg mixture. In another bowl, stir vanilla, apples, nuts and coconut together, then add batter.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Let cool enough to handle pan and turn out on rack to cool completely.
