Speedy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 to 6 oz. cooked noodles
    butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    In skillet or chafing dish, brown meat in hot oil; add onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is crisp-tender.
    Blend soup, sour cream, mushrooms, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meat; cook and heat slowly.
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Toss with butter and poppy seed.
    Serve Stroganoff over hot noodles.
    Serves 4.
