Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat egg until foamy; add sour cream and mix well.
    Stir together dry ingredients and egg mixture until just mixed.
    Bake in greased muffin tin at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.
