Turkey Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey, cut into 1-inch cubes or chicken
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook turkey and garlic in margarine over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
    Serve over rice.
