Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cranberries (4 c.)
2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 c. sugar
1 c. celery, cut fine
2 large carrots
1 orange
2 c. boiling water
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add sugar and refrigerate. When ready to congeal, add chopped celery, nuts, cranberries, carrots and orange (peel too) that have been put through a food chopper.
Pour in salad dish and refrigerate.
