Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 can cream style corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    hot pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into an iron skillet or long cake pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
