Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pkg. strawberry jello
drop or 2 red food coloring
large fresh strawberries
Preparation

Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until thick, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat; add jello (dry) and a few drops of food coloring.
Fill baked pie shell with fresh strawberries.
Pour cooked mixture over strawberries.
Chill.
Garnish with Cool Whip.
