Fried Jam Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    butter
    jam (of choice)
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Make a jam sandwich, then beat egg and milk to color.
    Melt some margarine in an iron skillet.
    Dip sandwich in egg mixture, coating both sides, then fry in butter.
    May eat with syrup on top like French toast.
