Mom'S Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. margarine
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 scant tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk and margarine to soft ball stage, stirring constantly, about 30 minutes.
Test by dropping into cold water. Drops will form in water, but will be soft and will not hold shape when taken out.
If using candy thermometer, cook to soft ball marking.
