Diabetic Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
1 pkg. D-Zerta
2 tsp. Sugar Twin or Sweet 'N Low
1 squeeze lemon juice
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and pineapple together.
Whip D-Zerta whipped topping according to directions.
Add Sugar Twin and lemon juice.
Fold in cream cheese and pineapple.
Pour in graham cracker crust or regular pie shell.
Let set for 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator before serving.
