Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 c. diced apples (Jonathan is best, can use red Rome; do not use Delicious)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 small pkg. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together the oil and sugar. Add the eggs. Beat well. Add remaining dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk as needed. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Mix well and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0. (Can use Pam spray.)
