Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dessert topping mix
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin as directed on package; let set slightly. Have cream cheese at room temperature; whip until creamy.
    Mix topping mix as directed on package; add to cream cheese and mix well.
    Drain pineapple.
    When gelatin begins to thicken, add cream cheese and topping mixture.
    Fold in pineapple and pecans. Completely congeal.
    Cut into squares; serve plain or on lettuce. Yields 12 servings.
