Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chipped
1 roll garlic or jalapeno cheese
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chipped
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Overcook broccoli.
Drain and set aside.
Saute onion in margarine.
Add soup and cheese, cut in pieces.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add other ingredients and broccoli.
Cook until heated completely.
Serve hot with crackers or tortilla chips.
