Santa Fe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Catalina French dressing
    15 1/2 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
    1/2 c. cucumber slices
    1/2 c. cauliflower slices
    1/2 c. green pepper strips
    1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
    2 qt. torn assorted greens
Preparation
    Pour dressing over combined beans, cucumber, cauliflower, green pepper and olives.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.
    Add vegetables to greens; toss lightly.
    Serve with marinade.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
