Beef A La Milanesa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    few slices tender beef (1/2-inch)
    salt, black pepper and garlic
    2 eggs
    flour
    bread crumbs
    oil
Preparation
    Spice beef with salt, garlic and pepper.
    In a soup plate, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, 1 plate with flour and 1 plate with bread crumbs.
    Pass each slice on flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Deep fry the slices in enough oil to cover them in medium fire. When they are golden brown and cooked inside, arrange them neatly in a glass tray with paper towel on the bottom to absorb oil.
