*Pispilita With Leeks(Cornmeal Leeks Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 stalks leeks
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese
    2 eggs
    salt
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 c. milk
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 lb. butter
Preparation
    To Clean Leeks:
    Remove dried outside leaves.
    Cut off bottom \"whiskers\" and a little of the top tough leaves.
    Cut leeks lengthwise and then cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Wash thoroughly to remove all sand. Drain well.
